I’ve spent most of my life chasing hard things. Not because it looks cool online, just because I genuinely believe there’s something important about pushing yourself and seeing what you’re capable of.
Over the years, that’s looked different. Military service. Ultra marathons. Long training blocks. Injuries. Early mornings. Balancing fitness with work, marriage, kids, and real life. I know what it feels like to want to improve yourself while still being present for the people around you.
That’s the foundation of how I coach.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs or unrealistic plans that only work if fitness is your entire life. Every client I work with gets a program built around their goals, schedule, experience level, and lifestyle. Because real progress happens when a plan actually fits the person doing it.
